COMMENT:

           This past incident frightened those who witnessed it, though the man has been caught stealing wires and cables by the police repeatedly, we can't ignore the fact that poverty and unemployment are two reasons why many people continue to do illegal things that enable them to provide for their families or themselves. Many Filipinos here in the Philippines face lack of financial resources to afford basic needs and most likely lack of access to adequate housing, clean water, and nutritious food. Which resulted in them doing illegal things because of their desperation to survive.

Singapore's Prime Minister has recovered from COVID-19

News  Singapore's Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong tested negative for COVID-19 and has now recovered seven days after testing positive for COVID-19 for the first time.  On May 22, Mr. Lee tested positive for COVID-19 following state visits to South Africa and Kenya.  And on Sunday,  Mr. Lee posted on Facebook that he is now COVID-19 negative and will return to work on Monday.  "I am now COVID-19 negative and will be back to work on Monday. Thanks to everyone who sent your good wishes! he wrote.  In his first official visit to AfricaPrime Minister Lee met South African President Cyril Ramaphosa in Cape Town, and the two had their lunch together as official guests. Salvino Side effects of climate change in this year continuously became aggressive, resulting in a possible high risk in humanity  and in our world.  According to the report of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) on its own  174-year record, March 2023 was the second warmest month. The year-to-date global surface temperature (January-March) was the fourth highest on record and according to the National Centers for Environmental Information's (NCEI's) Global Annual Temperature Outlook, 2023 is almost certain (>99.0%) to be one of the ten warmest years on record, with a 96% chance of being one of the top five.
