The dead body of the man was found hanging from the electrical cables

A lifeless body of a man was found hanging in between the electrical wires in the middle of the road at Panganiban Extension, Brgy. Dinaga, Naga City last April 7, 2023. 

The man was brought to the Bicol Medical Center Hospital but was declared dead on arrival by the doctor. According to the report of the Naga City Police, the victim was identified as Mr. Jose Pagal y Arilante, 47 years old, a resident of Brgy. Lerma, Naga City died due to an electric shock incident.  Additionally, the victim was also frequently caught stealing electrical cables and wires before the accident, according to Naga City Police.

  by Adrian T. Organo  If it is true that the suspects were tortured and threatened the safety of their families by the authorities, the court should pay attention to this issue. It must be investigated, for us to know the truth. Another thing that should be focused upon in the investigation is the person who is really the prime suspect of the crime. In regards to this chaos case, many side stories were heard and all of the stories have different angles, points, and prime suspects, but one thing is for sure to be very disturbing is the allegation of torturing the suspects well in my own opinion if the investigation is still on process everyone must presume to be innocent until it was proven that they are guilty of the crime so any punishment must not be done first.
