ICC versus Philippines Government

International Criminal Court investigation toward the Philippines war on drugs case of the former President Rodrigo Roa Duterte administration should be allowed and must resume in order to uncover the truth in this case.  No one wants to base their life on anything fake or false, so we thoroughly search for the truth in every aspect of our life and seeking for justice cannot be excluded in this matter. Plus, we’re all aware that this investigation is very important to the families of the war on drugs victims because it brings hope to them to get the justice they deserve. And honestly, if the Philippines government is not really guilty of the alleged crime committed during the anti-drugs operation they should have just let the International Criminal Court continue the investigation with no need to request suspension for it but because of their response to the said situation society might perceive this in a wrong way and assume that there is really something wrong and there’s crime committed at that time, that possibly the Philippines government is trying to cover and hide this truth from us and thus the former administration withdrawal in Roman Statue year 2017 might have done  with a purpose. Prior to their war on drugs campaign everyone might perceive that their act of withdrawal is an strategy to avoid one of the possible big problem while engaging with International Criminal Court, so to stop this from happening the government withdraws in Roman Statue and now that the investigation will continue the government bid suspension for the ground reason that the International Criminal Court has no jurisdiction over our country because of the said withdrawal and the justice system here it's already doing its job to seek  justice for the victims if that's the case, why don't they just help and cooperate with the ICC so that this case will be easier to solve. I’m afraid that the never ending reasoning of the both sides to fight and support their discourse in the situation will lead for an investigation to be in vain and it is obviously kind of unfair to the victims who lost their lives. So, I solely support the reopened investigation that the International Criminal Court wants in the case regardless of our government's stated reasons intended to suspend it. I believe that continuing the investigation is the right thing to do since justice and truth is vital for everyone.
